In 1923, the first foundations of our firm was laid by our Grand Grandfather Cemil Fuat Pota who has a vast vision and foresight with the firm of Alet-i Zaruriye (manufacturing of farm equipment), then the name of the firm was renovated by Mehmet Pota (our grandfather) son of Mr. Fuat and continued its business life as Pota Makina Sanayi in 1953. Afterwards following the decease of Mehmet Pota, his son Fuat Pota (our father) changed the firm name to Pota Makine Sanayi Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. and enhanced its field of operation, his son Mehmet Pota who is the last generation included Pota İnşaat Taahhüt Ticaret ve Sanayi LTD.ŞTİ. in 1994 to firm companies, so the firm continued its business life in the constructing and steel construction, manufacturing and assembly sectors from its foundation up to today for nearly 100 years.

From that date up to today, firm acquired its position in the sector with its own internal structuring and constituted its structuring inside itself with its technical staff and substructure in a form to serve in engineering, contracting and steel construction sectors.

Contracting -  Steel Construction : Main contractor in turnkey projects, sub-contractor in traditional rolled steel and built steel, and application and counselling in any other constructing items.

And routing in the fields of Engineering and Contracting which are among the activities of our firm is as follows:

Project Management: budget analysis, schedule, tender preparation, coordinating subcontractor and worksite, making up the annual balance sheet, construction cost accounting and reporting.

Contractor and Sub-contractor : Main contractor in turnkey projects, sub-contractor in traditional rolled steel and artificial steel, and application and counselling in any other constructing items.

Pota İnşaat provides engineering, contracting, assembly services in various projects such as small scaled single building to large scaled hotels, industrial enterprises both in public sector and private sector.

Techical Office: We have an experienced staff especially in the project management of hotels, shopping malls, industrial constructions, housing estate and villas. Our company has experienced projects in different types with young and dynamic team spirit parallel to applications according to contemporary design criteria and engineering analyses.
